Pro-Life Book Fundraiser

In our hedonistic secular culture that celebrates debauchery and treats human life as disposable, how can we protect our children and teach them to instead value virtue and reverence the sacredness of human life?

We must surround them with “whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely” (Philippians 4:8).

An important way to do this is through Christian, pro-life media and literature. I want to share a beautiful new Orthodox pro-life children’s book with you: Andrew’s Little Brother.

This book, published by Newrome Press, was written by former board secretary of Orthodox Christians for Life, Veronica Ruby, who played an invaluable role in the re-launching of the organization several years ago. Veronica has always collected pro-life children’s books, and I am thrilled that her long-time vision for a uniquely Orthodox pro-life children’s story has come to fruition!

This darling story, with its magnificently detailed illustrations, shares how a young boy learns about the value of human life in the womb as he prepares to welcome a new sibling. I won’t spoil the story, but I bet that you’ll love the grandfather character as much as I do!

If you don’t have young children of your own, this book would make a great Pascha gift for any special child in your life.

Creating a pro-life culture begins with raising pro-life children. We need to get uplifting, life-affirming stories like this one into the hands of as many children as possible!
